  • Favorite Civic Leader (1st Place). Scott was appointed by City Council to the Parks & Recreation Commission and serve's on the Roseville Chamber of Commerce's CORE Committee as well. He previously served on the City of Roseville's Revitalization Committee and the Personnel Board. He has repeatedly been elected President of the Downtown Roseville Merchants, as well as President of the Fellowship Networking Group.
